We offer boarding for dogs and cats. Dogs are walked a minimum of twice daily during the week and twice daily on Saturdays and Sundays. We encourage you to bring your pet's food from home but we can supply food for a small additional fee. Our doctors are "on call" for our boarders should medical attention be required on the weekend. Our most frequent boarders are pets with chronic diseases who require daily medicine like insulin. For the protection of all our boarders, each pet is required to be current on their immunizations (call for list of required immunizations).
Cold Laser Therapy is the drug free/side effect free way to healing. Cold laser therapy is used for pain management including arthritis, wound healing, treatment of acute musculoskeletal trauma and post surgical healing.

Honey, 15 years old, had started having trouble getting up and down. Recently, she started having bowel movements on her bed. Honey has never gone to the bathroom in the house her whole life so I knew something was wrong. It seemed that she was straining so much to get up that she “pooped” by mistake. She looked so sad about it. I called the vet and asked about using the laser treatment on Honey and they agreed that it would be beneficial. I signed up for six treatments and I noticed an improvement after the second treatment. We have not had another “pooping” incident.
Honey has responded well and to me it is a wonderful surprise and a huge relief. This is an easy, affordable and non-invasive procedure that has helped my dogs enjoy their days and I am happy knowing that I gave that to them.

The number one health problem diagnosed in cats and dogs over 4 years of age is oral infection. Dental disease puts stress on your pet’s immune system and weakens the liver, kidneys and heart. We provide an extensive dental care program including cleaning, periodontal therapy and care for damaged teeth. Our state of the art digital dental x-ray system allows us to diagnose and treat otherwise hidden dental disease. Our clients have become aware of the importance of having their pets’ teeth examined and cleaned on a regular basis. Preventive dental care can add years to the life of your pet.
Microchipping your pet can go a long way in helping your pet find his/her way home to you in the event they get lost. 1 in 3 pets will get lost in their lifetime. According the American Humane Association, only 15% of lost dogs and 2% of lost cats will find their way home. We offer a free microchip with every spay or neuter we perform.
After completing a yearly or semi-annual Comprehensive Physical Examination, our veterinarian will evaluate your pet’s age, breed, and lifestyle to determine the risk of potential disease. After discussing your pet’s needs, we will custom design a preventive health care plan and vaccination schedule for your pet.
We do have the Influenza, Lymes and Rattlsnake vaccines available for dogs at risk as well as Feline Aids vaccine for cats.
For your convenience, schedule a day to "drop-off" your pet with us for his/her annual wellness exam and vaccines at no additional charge. We accept pets for "drop-off" Monday-Thursday between 7:30am and 8:30am.
We take special care of all of our surgical patients. After a thorough pre-anesthetic evaluation, an individualized anesthetic plan is formulated for your pet. A trained staff member is assigned the exclusive task of monitoring your pet during the procedure and to provide post-surgical nursing care and TLC. We use the safest pediatric grade anesthetic agents available.
Dogs and cats over the age of 7 are seniors and need special attention. They are at greater risk for the development of cancer, diabetes, and other serious medical conditions. To keep your senior pets with you as long as possible and feeling their best, we recommend twice yearly checkups along with diagnostic testing to check for common geriatric disorders.
Spaying/Neutering your pet not only helps control the pet population, it also helps to reduce the chances of prostate enlargement and certain types of cancer including testicular, uterine, ovarian and mammary cancer. We offer discounted Spay/Neuter services each week on Wednesdays. We proudly offer Laser Surgery as an option for these procedures. Laser Surgery reduces the amount pain in recovery and bleeding during surgery.
